Order Processing and Shipping
Ordering our products
The ordering process for paid services in our online store allows you to check your order before you proceed with your purchase: please check the details of the order before you proceed to payment. By placing an order, you agree to pay the stipulated fees for the relevant paid service. Upon receipt of the goods, please check carefully the components in your order.
The Credit card billing system does not disclose your card information for storage or to third parties. Our system uses secure payment service providers to make sure that your payments are secure: it provides a secure HTTPS connection and two-factor authentication by 3D (please note that on our website you can only pay with a card that supports 3-D Secure protocol for processing online payments).
Order processing time varies depending on the number and type of products ordered: in-stock items are shipped the same day if the order is placed before 4 PM EST (11 PM EET). If you have questions regarding delivery time for your order, please contact us via email or our social media pages. After shipping your order, we will send you an email with tracking information. Please note that sometimes the processing may take a little longer.
You may either pay for your order with a credit card, PayPal, or by wire transfer. If you are planning to pay with a credit card or PayPal, the final price may differ depending on the currency you pay with. Credit card processing in our online shop utilizes USD as the main currency for transactions. If you want to know the exact sum that will be withdrawn from your bank account, please refer to the USD to your currency rate at your bank or an average VISA/MasterCard USD exchange rate.
Please email us the payment confirmation (include “Order payment confirmation” in the email subject) after processing a wire transfer in order to let us ship your order faster.
Shipping and Handlling
We ship our products worldwide using USPS First Class Package International Service. Express shipping services are also available by special request (e.g. FedEx, UPS, DHL, EMS) but are usually too expensive to be feasible. If you would like to use express shipping but you are having difficulties during checkout, please contact us before placing an order.
After shipping your order, we will email you a notification containing shipping information and a tracking number.
You should receive your order within 3-5 business days within the US, and within 2-3 weeks in the rest of the world. These times may be different depending on the customs and your local post office’s processing speed. Also, shipping times may be prolonged due to uncontrollable events.
PLEASE NOTE: our international orders leave the departure country within 3-5 days after shipping. If you need help finding your order’s location, please feel free to contact us via email or by phone.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to track your order once it is in your country, but in case you haven’t received your order within 45 days after the shipping date, we may ship your order again or refund you (please refer to our Return Policy and Warranty page).
